ASSIGN A SPOT TO A GUEST

From the My Classes list in the customer account, a gear icon displays next to each class. An "assign to guest" menu option will appear below the icon. Selecting this option, a guest assign screen will display.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CLASS?

We provide towels, water, and all of the equipment you'll need for class. Bring your spirit

HOW EARLY SHOULD I SHOW UP FOR CLASS?

5 minutes before your scheduled class. If it’s your first time at BELLY AND BODY please arrive 10 minutes early.

WHERE WILL I PUT MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS?

Custom lockers with keyless locks.

HOW LONG IS CLASS?

45 minutes. 3 rounds of exercise. 15 minute to start things off and a three minute break to wrap your hands prior to the 15 minutes of BOXING.

Any showers?

We have 4 bathrooms and 2 showers.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I COME TO CLASS?

We recommend 3 classes a week. We love seeing you but we also believe in rest and recovery!
