There’s a reason why we call it (BIPT). The type of training that you will receive will enhance your skills and techniques often used in our boxing classes. The ability to complete various forms of exercises skillfully is essential to us!

Boxing Inspired Personal Training (BIPT) /general fitness will not only make you aware but teach you how to move your joints and muscles together effectively.

Functional is defined as “(relating) to the way something works or operates”. Skill is defined as “the ability to do something well”. Both words are crucial factors driven through BIPT. Understanding, how to functionally move your body will allow you to build strength and stability while attaining overall balance. We at Belly and Body don’t just want you to do it, we want you to do it right!
