Boxing Inspired Personal Training brings a new twist to one - one and duet sessions. With a focus on bringing your cardio to a boxers level. We focus on your hardware first. Athleticism. BNB defines this as "being able to use your body's natural elasticity." The proper squat, lunge, hinges and levers to take your classes to the next level. That includes cardio, coordination, functional movement, core strength, single leg / Glute activation.

  • Tailored workouts based on your goals/ needs (weakness /strengths)
  • Manual stretching on our massage table. (Injury prevention, blood flow and circulation, mobility.
  • BMI calculations every 3-4 months for real results.
